A Healthy 10!
In addition to writing dense technical material for research scientists, I also write zippy non-fiction for 14-year-olds, as this gymnastic medical guide shows. The input for this 175-page book came from medical reference materials given to me by the doctor, plus interviews in which he told me the direction to take and the specific topics to cover. Practical Aspects of CO2 Flooding One good way to squeeze more oil out of an old oilfield is to pump in carbon dioxide. Under pressure, the CO2 actually dissolves the oil and moves it through the rock so it can be recovered. I worked with five top scientists in this field to produce this monograph for the Society of Petroleum Engineers, which was published in 2002. This new handbook sets the standards for the industry
